Public Health Genomics and Precision Health Knowledge Base (PHGKB) is a free collection of published scientific literature, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) resources, and other materials that address the translation of genomics and precision health discoveries into improved health care and disease prevention. It contains several subset databases that focus on genomics applications in treating a variety of diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, infectious diseases, heart, lung, blood, and sleep diseases (HLBS), and more.
PHGKB will no longer be updated after August 1, 2024 and will be removed from the Rutgers University Libraries databases list as of July 1, 2025.
