Policy Citation Index is an index of published policy reports from hundreds of leading government organizations, think tanks, and other non-government organizations, including the Hoover Institution, International Monetary Fund, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, RAND Corporation, and the World Bank. This index continues to grow as Clarivate indexes additional documents from additional organizations. Each policy document is fully connected to the Web of Science citation network, with links to both its cited references as well as to works in Web of Science that have cited it.
