On the Weiss Ratings platform, Rutgers has access to the Mutual Funds section, which offers searching options for mutual funds, tracked mutual fund rating changes, buy recommendations, ratings distribution, and 52-week highs and lows. Weiss Mutual and Closed-End Fund Ratings are investment ratings based on Weiss Ratings' independent opinion of mutual funds, and closed-end funds. Each fund is analyzed using the latest daily data available and quarterly filings with the SEC. Weiss Ratings reviews thousands of pieces of fund data and, based on its proprietary model, balances its evaluation of reward against risk to assign an overall rating.
