HIVinfo.nih.gov offers federally approved information on research, clinical trials, and treatment of HIV/AIDS for patients and health care providers. It is regularly updated with the latest medical information. It includes guidelines for medical practice, a drugs database, and a glossary of HIV-related terms. Guidelines, the drugs database, and the glossary are also available as mobile apps.

HIVinfo.nih.gov also offers educational guides to understanding HIV (including fact sheets, infographics, and awareness day information); links to resources written for the public, researchers, and health professionals; clinical trial information; and federal HIV resources.
