Mergent Archives

Mergent Archives is a collection of digitized historic Corporate and Municipal Mergent Manuals (formerly known as Moody’s Manuals). The Corporate manuals provide corporate history, business descriptions, and detailed financial information compiled from annual reports, 10-K reports, and news releases. Separate manuals are issued for different company types:

• Bank & Finance
• Industrial
• International
• OTC Industrial
• OTC Unlisted
• Public Utility
• Transportation

The Municipal manuals provide lists of issuers of municipal securities for each U.S. state, Puerto Rico, and Guam.

Each year, the previous year’s Corporate and Municipal manuals are added to this collection. For current Mergent data, please use Mergent Online or Mergent Market Atlas (Mergent Online will retire as of July 1, 2026; after that date, Mergent Market Atlas will be Rutgers' sole source of current Mergent data).
