During Rutgers Giving Days, Support Students Across Rutgers University Libraries

Universitywide
Rutgers Giving Days - March 12-27, 2025- Celebrating 10 years

At Rutgers University Libraries, there is no purpose more important than promoting student success. During Rutgers Giving Days, which takes place on March 12 and 13, the Libraries will seek support for the University Librarian's Academic Excellence Fund.

Gifts to this fund bolster critical technology, resources, and services that enrich the student experience across Rutgers University Libraries. Donations contribute to building a robust collection of e-books and journals; innovative services such as 24/7 Pickup Lockers for retrieval of requested materials; and exciting new spaces that support collaborative learning, independent study, and technological needs.

Rutgers Giving Days is a once-a-year, universitywide fundraising event that inspires collective action and creates widespread impact. This year, for the 10th anniversary of Rutgers Giving Days, Rutgers’ worldwide community of alumni, faculty, staff, students, and supporters will unite for 48 hours to expand access to academic excellence, build community, and show the university’s commitment to the common good.

Rutgers University Libraries support and enrich the university’s educational, research, health care, and public service missions through the stewardship of scholarly information and the delivery of information services. Our 11 libraries and five distinctive collections serve Rutgers University–New Brunswick, Rutgers University–Newark, Rutgers University–Camden, Rutgers Health, and surrounding communities. With over seven million print and digital resources, Rutgers University Libraries rank among the nation’s top research libraries.
