Food is allowed only in the Library Café area on the first floor and at library-approved events. Drink is permitted in spill-proof containers. Drinks, regardless of containers, are not permitted in posted areas such as the Institute of Jazz Studies and computing areas.
Rutgers student organizations, departments, and other university units may reserve space for tabling in the Dana Library lobby. Please note that amplified sound, food and drink, glitter, confetti, and sand are not permitted during tabling events. Read our Tabling Guidelines for more information.
