Request Pickup of Library Materials

Most books and media items available through Rutgers Libraries or Interlibrary loan can be picked up at your Rutgers library.

How to request an item for pickup

  1. Sign in to your QuickSearch, EZBorrow, or ILLiad account.

  2. Locate the item you'd like to request in QuickSearch or EZBorrow, or submit an item request form in ILLiad.

  3. If an item is eligible for pickup, you will be prompted to choose a pickup library location and submit your request.

New! Selecting "Douglass Library" or "Robeson Library" as an item's pickup location will place any eligible items in a pickup locker by default.

  4. You'll receive an email when your item is ready for pickup.
